The BACA is the main event that is meant to recognize and promote contemporary Indigenous arts and even artists in the long run. It was established nine years ago to improve the scale of events and performance from across the globe. There are native curators who represent diverse exhibitions, concerts, round tables, and film screenings that revolve around the chosen theme.
More than forty native artists get an opportunity to showcase their works and talents for meetings and exchanges. The annual event revolves around the artist’s life and preserving indigenous tourism for future cohorts and income-generating events.
The event is beneficial for integrating indigenous artists from the United States, where they can display fantastic and recent creations in Indigenous contemporary arts.
